Contemporary Art Gallery Salon de Dahu

Gallery Salon de Dahu is

The gallery supports artists whose work seeks a timelessness rooted in a love of nature, and provides a comfortable and calm environment in which to exhibit. The gallery is a focus for contemporary art in Japan, persistently seeking and introducing the next generation of artists.

DAHU is

DAHU is said to be an imaginary creature, well known in France and Switzerland. An ancient folklore legend in the region tells us of a fanciful animal living in the steep slopes of the mountains, whose right and left feet are of different lengths, and which sometimes falls down the slope when looking back at something. However, DAHU must not look back, but must go forward either clockwise or counter-clockwise. Some people say that DAHU looks like a long horned antelope, or that it has the features of both an ox and an ass, but nobody has seen it; mysterious DAHU.
